Product Warranty
LinkTap guarantees the wireless water timer, wireless valve controller, Extender, and Gateway products for two years from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers all serious defects of the device that can be proved to be material or manufacturing faults.
Under warranty we will either replace the device or repair it free of charge if the following conditions apply:
- The device must have been handled properly and have been kept with the requirements of the operating instructions.
- Neither the purchaser nor a non-authorised third party should have attempted to repair the PCB part of the device.
- Any faults must not have occurred as a result of incorrectly installed or leaking batteries or from using third-party power adapters or USB cords.
- Damage caused by frost is not covered under warranty.
